You will be responsible for providing end-to-end project management and coordination of numerous aspects of our Banking & Payments training programs including classroom, virtual or on demand offerings. These Training programs are a factor in our ability to attract, develop and retain top talent in the industry. Job Responsibilities Manage nomination/participant lists, send communications, produce training materials, reserve conference rooms and manage set-up, arrange audio/visual, order catering, etc.Serve as logistical point of contact for individuals attending programsAssist in scheduling of internal speakers/subject matter experts and/or vendors and collect presentations for programsEnsure accuracy and organization of data in Learning app (the Learning Management System), training calendars, shared drives, and intranet sitesAdd, maintain, and retire course assets on LearningCreate learning surveys, as well as other ad-hoc reports when neededManage budget, create purchasing orders, allocate invoices to appropriate cost centers and track in spreadsheet for each of the businessesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills Driven, enthusiastic and positive can-do attitudeAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslySuperior teamwork skills and willingness to seamlessly back-up team members on the flyMeticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and produce quality resultsStrong written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications:Excel - formulas (vlookup, column/row totals, pivot tables, filters, charts, etc.)Word - mail merge, formatting and templatesPowerPoint - creating and editing presentations with graphics, tables, and charts; PitchPRO proficiency a plusOutlook - calendar managementJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
