Do you want to help guide and teach the future generation? Do you want to be a role model/influence future artists, teachers, doctors, firefighters, lawyers, etc.? Do you want to work somewhere where you can make a difference in young children's lives?We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced toddler educator to lead activities and program for children ages 12 to 24 months.The Lead Toddler Teacher for our facility will serve as a role model for our toddlers and creative a positive, loving, and inviting environment for them. The Lead Toddler Teacher will work closely with the other toddler teachers and classrooms to develop an enriching and exciting environment and lessons for our toddler students.We want a teacher is a creative and a team player that is passionate about working with children and families. Someone who is confident, outgoing, organized, and self-driven, and is excited at the prospect of developing and growing with more teachers with a tight-knit team.Role Responsibilities:
  • Leading/creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
  • Serve as a role model to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers to create an inviting environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Minimum Qualifications Needed:
  • An associated degree in early childhood education
    • OR
  • A CDA and currently enrolled in an early childhood education Associates program
    • OR
  • High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in a licensed child care program
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
