**Lead, Retail Store Environment and Sales Operations**

As we continue to focus on image driving renovations and events, as well as increase our large and varied wholesale network, we need to ensure the appropriate ***development and execution*** of all projects - as well as the ***effectiveness*** of our overall processes within the division.

**FUTURE STAKES:** Areas of transformation for the future

* Understand and support new door openings counter installations, retrofit/upgrade of existing counters, other merchandising initiatives (e.g., IDS Caseline) and events and animations in stores

* Allow constant improvement of our processes within the team and across functional areas within the F&B Division

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

* Understand and support **NEW DOOR OPENINGS COUNTER INSTALLATIONS, RETROFIT/UPGRADE OF EXISTING COUNTERS**

+ For new doors/renovations, prepare all phases of project documentation; project brief, comprehensive floorplan, and fixture packages for all teams (sales, marketing, retail store environment, store design teams and outside partners)

+ Ensure documentation and project request information from other teams is complete and accurate

+ Set detailed, timetables considering briefs, floorplan, design approvals, development, and installation schedules

+ Lead projects to consistently meet deliverables dates; review project tasks and pull in key teams as needed through-out the process

+ Own and maintain the project master database keep informed all teams of conflicts, delays, or any other unusual situation

* Understand and support **OTHER MERCHANDISING INITIATIVES** and events and animations in stores

+ Set detailed, timetables considering briefs, floorplan, design approvals, development, and installation schedules

+ Lead projects to consistently meet deliverables dates; review project tasks and pull in key teams as needed through-out the process.

* **BUDGET PLANNING**

+ Lead the Retail Store Environment & Sales Ops Team on budget management best practices and timelines

+ Create and maintain the Retail Store Environment budget file template

+ Analyze and reconcile YTD/YTG monthly budget actualization; call out risks or opportunities to ensure overall business targets are well managed

+ Act as Retail Store Environment & Sales Ops liaison to Finance partners

* Allow constant **IMPROVEMENT OF OUR PROCESSES** within the department/division

+ Produce status reports, track progress and review of project tasks by teams responsibility

+ Create overviews of each projects for all levels of management on a regular basis

+ Carry out retrospectives to analyze and allow constant improvement of our processes

* Act as **GATEKEEPER** for misc. time-bound tasks within the team, i.e., budget timelines, budget reconciliation timelines, wave/forecast timelines, etc.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

* 5+ years of experience in project management, managing with multiple projects different scope and size

* Bachelors degree required

* Solid knowledge of standard project management tools and methodologies including project definition and scheduling

* Strong analytical skill and detailed oriented in reviewing and editing information

* Excellent communication and prioritization skills to deliver against varying deadlines

* Displays learning agility and ability to creatively problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

* Able to process information quickly and draw conclusions

* Strong computer skills necessary: all Microsoft Office programs a must; Smartsheet a plus
