Responsibilities:

• for the design, development, enhancement, triage, and debugging of web application platforms using Adobe's AEM product suite.
• that all key technical requirements are identified, estimated, designed, documented, implemented and integration tested.
• detailed technical specifications based on business requirements documents.
• that consistent design patterns, methodologies, and design documentation are maintained across all your development projects.
• and supporting technical & design reviews of your own and other projects.
• closely with the Business Analysts, Testing, and Support teams to ensure all technical requirements for new projects are captured, designed, and developed according to those requirements.
• urgent user issues are resolved through triaging, troubleshooting, and quickly applying solutions to any identified problems.
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills that are coupled with strong communication; anticipates issues and deals with them proactively.
• a passion for technology innovation balanced with a pragmatic approach to developing and deploying solutions that best benefit the business.
• interpersonal skills and good team spirit is required in addition to proficiency in verbal and written business communication.

Primary Skills:

We are looking for a passionate technologist who is ready to learn and experiment with a wide range of technologies. The ideal candidate will have:

• degree in computer science, with 6 to 8 years of professional development experience, and at least 4+ years of Financial Services industry experience.
• web design experience to include back-end and/or front-end development within AEM.
• experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM 6.5 or later, AEM as a cloud service experience preferred.
• knowledge of AEM Core components like OSGI, JCR, CRXDE, Jackrabbit Oak, Apache Sling, Dispatcher, Workflows.
• experience in defining multi-site, multi-lingual, template & components, automated workflows, Digital Asset Management, and Tag management.
• experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM as a cloud service is required.
• to Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics and AEP is a huge plus.
• experience in web technologies across client/server-side (JS, CSS, HTML5), web infrastructure including web/app server/load balancing etc., caching/compression/security over web, content distribution network, web usage analytics.
• experience in Java (8 or above) and object-oriented design and development
• knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture/RESTful services
• understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
• problem-solving skills, goal-oriented, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements.
• with Tech team members as well business stakeholders to understand requirements, application solution, development, testing and rollout.
• the process standards and best practices and support L3 issues for currently live systems.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
