DescriptionOur legal office is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced marketing coordinator to help us continue to grow. As a member of the marketing team, you'll help implement and execute winning online and offline advertising strategies that promote our legal services and uphold our brand image. If you have an interest in the legal field and want to grow your marketing career, start your application today!ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the firm.Managing the firm's website and social media accounts, including creating and publishing content.Researching and identifying new marketing strategies to expand the firm's reach and visibility.Analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations, and working with the team on improvements.Coordinating with other members of the firm to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the firm's goals and values.Implement digital marketing campaigns with the team by creating email, social media, and online advertising content that will generate maximum online visibility and drum up new business for the legal firmProduce a marketing plan that effectively advertises our legal firmTake responsibility for all print marketing materials including letterhead, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc. all copywriting and image creation to ensure the firm maintains its brand integrityReport out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation, continuously follow the latest market trends, and suggest ideas for optimizationOversee social media and website, mailing lists, data analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent informationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal skillsExperience with website management, social media marketing, and analytics toolsFamiliarity with social media platforms and experience managing social media presence for a brandFamiliarity with brand identity and experience creating and maintaining a consistent brand imageAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyInterest in understanding of legal industry and trendsStrong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field requiredJobseekers should be able to juggle multiple deadlines and projectsA background or a desire to learn more about the legal industry is strongly desiredExperience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations - basic graphic design skills are a bonus
