We're ambitious, honest, thoughtful, and fun.Who are we looking for?The Marketing team at Vestwell is growing and we're searching for a talented graphic designer with 1-3 years of experience. This role will report to the SVP, Head of Marketing, but partner closely with the senior designer, and entire marketing team, while playing a key role in continuing to shape our brand.The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, and creative. You have proven you can execute, and you enjoy working cross-functionally when needed.Most of all, you must be passionate about what you create and about the impact it can have on our mission to close the savings gap.RequirementsNecessary Experience
  • Proven experience with Figma and Adobe design tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc
  • Working with other designers (internally/externally) and business stakeholders as needed
  • Ability to communicate professionally (both written and verbal)
  • Experience producing creative work within an established organizational style and attention to detail
  • Under moderate supervision, collaborate with others to design, develop and create a wide range of marketing and advertising materials to include design for presentations, conferences, product launches, social media graphics and web content
  • Meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, professional and collaborative environment
Nice to Have
  • Degree in design or related field
  • Experience in a financial services company with a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with designing longer documents and proposals
The expected salary range for this position is $60K - $70K. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.OUR BENEFITSWe're a growth stage startup with lots of exciting milestones ahead.
