They will also partner in planning, creating, and delivering design assets from concept through execution. We are looking for someone interested in contributing to a culture that is innovative, and forward-thinking, and that encourages experimentation in order to drive growth and successful outcomes.Location: New York City (4 days in-person)Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brand & marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and develop brand identities and compelling assets
- Ensure brand consistency in all designs and marketing materials
- Meet deadlines while delivering quality design
- Multitask on multiple brands and projects self-sufficiently
- Conduct research and stay updated on design trends to ensure our work remains cutting-edge and relevant
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals, provide updates, and incorporate feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of motion graphics preferred
- Strong awareness of design and social media trends
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects
