Our 10-week Junior Fellowship Program is designed to offer opportunities to work with and learn from some of the most innovative thinkers in the advertising industry. Our Junior Fellows gain industry experience while working in a collaborative hybrid work environment. Likewise, please feel free to check out our website at www.havasjuniorfellows.com for additional information.Job Description :Junior Fellow Requirements - Must be able to commute on a hybrid basis to our New York City Village office in Tribeca for the duration of the program. - Legally authorized to work in the United States. Based on your interests, skills, and experience, you'll be matched to a specific team, manager and mentor. From there, you will: Gain insight into the world of advertising & communications Collaborate with members of cross-functional teams and different agencies within our network Work with and learn from innovative thinkers in the business Gain hands-on experience in the processes and day-to-day of your department Attend learning and development activities and workshops to gain an understanding of each department and how they serve our clients Advance your presentation skills and learn how to lean into your personal, innate strengths A member of our Junior Fellows recruitment team will contact those that are qualified for this role for next steps. Compensation for this program is contingent on various factors, with all roles being considered non-exempt and eligible for overtime. The hourly payrate for individuals starts at $18 per hour for undergraduate students and $25 per hour for graduate students. The program will begin on Monday, June 10th and end on Thursday, August 15th. All Junior Fellows will be working in a hybrid capacity and will be required to be in the office 3 days per week, consistent with their teams and agency. This is a full-time opportunity at 40 hours per week.
