Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize advanced spreadsheet tools and techniques to analyze market trends, investment strategies, and portfolio performance. Develop financial models to assess risk, returns, and various investment scenarios for clients and internal stakeholders. Interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making process. Client Presentations: Collaborate with the Sales team to create persuasive and visually appealing client presentations. Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailoring content to suit the audience's level of understanding. Incorporate data visualizations, graphs, and charts to enhance the impact of presentations. Capital Introduction: Work closely with the Capital Introduction team to identify potential investors for hedge funds and investment strategies. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and pitch books aimed at attracting potential investors. Participate in client meetings, conferences, and networking events to represent the firm and establish relationships. Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales professionals to understand client needs and preferences, contributing analytical insights to the sales process. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, addressing concerns and showcasing the firm's capabilities. Assist in the development of customized solutions based on client requirements. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to prime brokerage services. Conduct research on competitors and industry best practices, sharing findings with the team to drive innovation. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients, acting as a trusted resource for financial and analytical expertise. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, enhance team dynamics, and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in financial analysis, data modeling, and creating compelling presentations. Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) and data visualization tools. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and prime brokerage services. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into understandable language. Prior exposure to sales, client relationship management, or capital introduction is advantageous. Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Salary: $ 140,000 - $165,000 The expected base salary for this position ranges from $#140,000 to $165,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
