Responsibilities:
- Dive into ServiceNow platform capabilities, focusing on ITSM and ITOM modules
- Collaborate with customers to craft tailor-made ServiceNow configurations that exceed expectations
- Spot and squash potential issues within customer ServiceNow environments
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends and ServiceNow offerings
- Ace deadlines and KPIs like a pro
- Help steer projects and keep clients wowed
- Drive key initiatives that shape the future
- Stay sharp with ongoing training and certifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent hustle
- Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow wizardry
- Web tech and networking prowess
- ITIL, JavaScript, and web software expertise
- Know your ITSM from your ITOM
- Database and directory integration chops
- Entrepreneurial spirit and client-first mindset
- Juggle multiple projects like a boss
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist status preferred
- Extra points for IT or Software Asset Management savvy
- Fluent in a second language? Magnifique!
Certifications Required:
- ServiceNow System Administrator
- ServiceNow Fundamentals
- ServiceNow Implementation Methodology Fundamentals
- ServiceNow Platform Implementation
- ITSM all modules through to ITSM Professional
- CMDB and Vendor Portfolio Management
- ITOM module, focusing on Discovery and cloud management
