MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Plans, coordinates, and oversees special projects
+ Organizes and maintains central filing systems
+ Collection and updating of Work-Based Learning strategic planning data & Perkins Grant data
+ Maintains program data for Adult Education & Odyssey of the Mind programs
+ Direct support for five programs
+ Attends meetings and maintains reports
+ May assist professional staff in planning and administering in-service training programs
Job Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Graduation from a NYS registered or regionally accredited college or university with a Bachelors Degree, OR
+ Graduation from a NYS registered or regionally accredited college or university with an Associates Degree and two years of clerical experience in and office setting which must have involved maintaining electronic records in a database or spreadsheet applications; OR
+ Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma and four years of clerical experience in an office setting which must have involved maintaining electronic records in a database or spreadsheet application; OR
+ An equivalent combination of training and experience as outlined by the limits of A), B) and C) above.
+ Broome County Civil Service examination required
