Job Description:

We are actively looking for an enthusiastic, highly energetic and motivated Analyst to join JPMorgan Advisors as part of our Wealth Partners Strategy team. Wealth Partners is JPMA's holistic, ultra-high-net-worth brand whose mission is to simplify our client's complex financial lives by being thesingle point of contact for all their investment, personal finance and lifestyle needs. The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting two primary areas: the Family Lifestyle Offering and the JPMA Cross Line of Business Partnership Group. The Family Lifestyle Offering, one of the signature Wealth Partners services, is a curated selection of third-party providers in a variety of lifestyle categories (e.g. cybersecurity, healthcare advisory, private aviation, education advisory, bill pay services and more to come) that can be introduced to clients. The JPMA Cross Line of Business Partnership Group promotes collaboration across lines of business. The team works with partners across JPMC (e.g. Corporate and Investment Bank, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, etc) to facilitate the flow of opportunities between JPMA and other parts the broader firm. The Analyst will regularly interface with Financial Advisors, internal JPMA stakeholders and partners in other JPMC lines of business. Through collaboration with others on the Wealth Partners team on special projects, the Analyst will also gain exposure to various areas of expertise related to wealth planning and advice.Job Responsibilities: Prioritize and respond to a large volume of inquiries on both the Family Lifestyle Offering and Cross LOB programs. Develop and maintain trackers used to report metrics on program activity and ensure responses are delivered in accordance with governing policies and procedures Assist in developing and updating presentations and marketing materials for clients and internal advisors, including team intranet content and newsletters Partner with regional JPMA teams to organize advisor education events for the Family Lifestyle Offering. Handle all event logistics, speaker prep and post event follow up. Assist in development of client event strategy to support Family Lifestyle, including content creation, event logistics, secure Legal/Risk/Compliance approvals, internal marketing Manage tasks related to ensuring adherence to Legal, Risk and Controls requirements including maintaining updated policies and procedures. Serve as team project manager by setting team meetings and agendas, taking meeting notes, managing project deliverables across teamRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills Bachelor's degree 1+ years of work experience following completion of undergraduate program Superior multi-tasking and organization skills Excellent communication and relationship management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro)Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills Demonstrated interest in or experience in wealth management or banking
