Location : Bohemia, NY /Salary : $100,000-$130,000The IT System Engineer (Partial Remote)- MSP will be joining a white glove service MSP that strives to provide innovative solutions and keep up to date with the most cutting edge technology.The IT System Engineer (Partial Remote)- MSP will be looked at as one of the most technical members on the team. The IT System Engineer (Partial Remote)- MSP will primarily be working in a project based capacity designing solutions and performing cloud migrations. The IT System Engineer (Partial Remote)- MSP will also serve as a trusted advisor to clients and be a key influencer in internal business decisions.Work with management team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business and technical requirementsSolution design and implementation of new technologies for clients to meet the business requirementsResponsible for new client onboardings, client management, and alignment to industry best practicesSpin up and deploy Windows ServersFocus on defining client needs & architecting network solutions, demonstrate capacity to deliver & communicate solutions, & provide QA before client release.Act as resource for performing discovery/diagnostic phase of technical projects, as well as project documentation reviewer.Build client relationships & provide advanced technical support for complex issues.Act as project lead for complex network infrastructure projects.o365 migrations, hybrid cloud migrations, P2V migrations, and V2V migrationsManage time against assigned budgets, keep projects on schedule, recommend ways to overcome delays, & ensure that billable hours are logged accurately.Mentor Network Consultants and Associate Network Consultants on projects.IT System Engineer (Partial Remote)- MSPDesired Skills:A minimum of 8 years of recent relevant working experience3+years of MSP Experience REQUIREDStrong knowledge of Windows ServersExtensive expertise in Office 365 migrationsExperience build out azure environmentsWork from home M-T, In office on Fridays for team lunches and company meetingsHealth, vision, and dental insurance401k (4% company match)PTOPerformance based year-end bonusOpportunity LocationBohemia, NYProposed Salary$100,000-$130,000Bowman Williams is a national specialized staffing firm for Cloud Service Providers and Managed Service Providers.
