Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company s products are sold in over 120 countries.

As an IT Solutions Manager of Dynamics 365 BC, you will oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of Interparfums s ERP platform. You will partner with the business teams and with the IT Managed Service Teams. You will also adhere to incident, problem and change management processes to provide daily operation support to the platform. A successful candidate will consolidate Functional BC Consultant and Business Analyst role into one.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

  • As an IT Solutions Manager, you will play a very important role with responsibilities such as consulting, training, analysis, writing specifications for software modifications and testing them, system configuration and on-going business support.
  • Participate in ERP Software upgrade & implementation projects.
  • Analyze and document business requirements and conduct fit gap analysis studies.
  • Work in a dynamic, challenging, and fast paced environment.
  • Work well as part of the implementation team dedicated to delivering quality results on time and within budget.
  • Manage service providers and provide guidance to team peers.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV (Navision) Implementations
  • Experience with managing IT service providers
  • Experience with SQL Server, Office 365, SharePoint, EDI, Azure, and Power BI is a plus
  • Certified in Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAV is a plus

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of D365 BC ERP software and related terminology, functionality, best practices, processes, and business rules. Including areas such as Inventory & Warehouse Management, Costing, Financials, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, CRM, and Fixed Assets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Capable of working with all levels of management across the organization including executive management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven capability of being the communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
