Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

The IT Associate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and assisting with IT projects as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • technical support to end-users, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software systems.
  • configure and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network devices.
  • regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • with IT projects, including software deployments, hardware upgrades, and system migrations.
  • documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • training to end-users on how to use various software and hardware systems effectively.
  • up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT, and assess their potential impact on our organization.
  • compliance with IT security and regulatory standards.
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
  • Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar -OR- high school diploma (or equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience in functional area.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • technical skills and experience with various operating systems, hardware, and software systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
