Basic Function: Individual is responsible for the daily administration and ISO support functions to the Merchant Services division. Position will report directly to the VP, ISO Relationship Officer.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage Direct Agent and ISO renewals and incorporate contract changes when required.
- Manage Direct Agent and ISO contract amendments for additional services or changes to contracts.
- Manage and update Merchant Services Policies and Procedures for the ISO Support department.
- Provide sales support for signing new BIN Sponsor ISO s and Direct ISO/Agents.
- Conduct and prepare ISO reviews and Executive summaries.
- Conduct initial and annual ISO site visits.
- Write memos and proposals related to new customers and programs for existing customers.
- Provide support to Executive Management of Merchant Services.
- Assist in management of the day-to-day relationships with our ISO business partners.
- Obtain BIN/ICAs and initial set ups for new or converting customers.
- Monitor quality and performance of Direct agent and ISO portfolios, making recommendations to management.
- Provide ISO support to our business partners, coordinating with other internal and external departments and staff to provide required support to achieve completion.
- Provide knowledge and guidance of card brand rules and regulations that govern the acquiring activities of our customers.
- Attend weekly implementation calls for new ISO customer sets ups and conversions.
- Interact with internal staff and executives on other projects and tasks of Merchant Services.
- Prepare and maintain due diligence materials.
- Track and follow up on status of pending items and projects.
- Attend payments trade shows and conferences.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Provide various reporting to management.
Background and Experience:
- 5 years or more prior payments experience.
- Bachelor s degree preferred and/or relevant advanced education.
- Energetic self-starter with proven business maturity and professionalism.
- Outstanding project, organization, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully implement and manage complex initiatives involving multiple constituents.
- Proven track record of driving results and managing multiple demands, competing priorities, and setbacks with demonstrated composure and resilience in a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Superior written and oral communication skills to engage and inspire internal and external partners to support critical initiatives; ability to communicate complex processes in easy-to-understand terms; ability to handle objections and deliver difficult messages.
- The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy and continuously evolving environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Estimated Salary Range:
- $125,000 - $175,000 / year
- Compensation may vary based on education, skills, qualifications and/or expertise.
