Responsibilities include:
- Review investor documents to identify any issues and work with Marketing team to resolve
- Assist in the communication of capital events to key distribution relationships and financial advisors
- Perform reconciliations between internally managed investor information and the transfer agents
- Field inquiries from investors & internal sales teams on firm investment offerings.
- Develop strong understanding of distribution partners operational platforms and processes and become resident firm expert for advisor.
- Identify and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance on various platforms.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 yrs experience in middle/back office of asset manager
- Strong detail orientation; knows how to prioritize
- Ideally, experience with Investor Services and Operations
