You will focus on fund formation for VC, PE and hedge funds clients in the areas of healthcare, real estate, distress, cannabis
You will work across groups to see the life of a transaction instead of being pigeonholed in a task-oriented vacuum
The firm pays close individual attention to associates helping them grow their practice in the direction they want to and nurturing business development activities (if so inclined, not mandated)
