Title: Investment Banking Associate, Technology

Location: New York, NY

Our client, a leading independent investment bank is looking for an Associate to join their Technology group in New York City. This opportunity will offer exposure to high-profile Technology M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform extensive valuation, due diligence, and complex M&A analyses
• Play a key role in all aspects of the execution process
• Work alongside best-in-class Technology bankers

Requirements:

• Prior Analyst and/or Associate level experience with another Investment Bank or M&A Advisory firm
• Technology industry coverage experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
