Investment Banking Associate
: Job Details :

Our client is a boutique merchant bank looking to hire an Associate with at least three years of experience in M&A, including large-cap transactions and public-to-public deals. The role is sector agnostic, and therefore we will consider candidates from any sector team.

This team is ambitious and entrepreneurial, driven to make a significant impact in the M&A space.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of M&A advisory experience in a bulge bracket or highly regarded boutique
• Prior track record advising on large-cap transactions or public-to-public deals.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and communication skills - we are looking for individuals with excellent technical capabilities.
