RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Vehicle pricing
* Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning
* Manage the used car inventory and process lease returns
* Inventory Marketing direct, digital, etc.
* Help manage all other aspects of the pre-owned sales department
* Desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR cars
* Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
* Maintain positive relationships with our clients, factory representatives, and vendors
* Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
* Achieve manufacturer performance objectives
* Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
* Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
REQUIREMENTS:
* Prior automotive management experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Understanding of inventory control
* Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, ADP/CDK, CRM, ACV, V-Auto )
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Strong work ethic
* Current, valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
* Available to work nights and Saturdays
