- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify accuracy of inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory counts and system records.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with purchasing and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of incoming inventory.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend strategies for clearance or disposal.
- Maintain organized and efficient storage of inventory items, optimizing warehouse space utilization.
- Generate reports and analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement inventory management best practices and process improvements.
