Oatly is looking for an Inventory Coordinator with ERP experience who will be responsible for assisting with finished goods inventory accuracy. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, this role will join a team that will be the central resource for all matters related to inventory and inventory management. This role will primarily be based remotely and will follow the flow of orders and inventory in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

*All qualified applicants must reside in Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time due to business need.* + Bachelors degree or equivalent in practical experience

+ Experience or education with inventory and order management process

+ Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus

+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel

+ Excellent communication skills both oral and written

+ Ability to prioritize, analyze, and interpret results

+ Good organizational, time management, and project management skill

+ Detail oriented and know when to prioritize urgent tasks

+ Excited to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

+ Enjoy working in a team environment and helping others succeed

+ You work well autonomously and take ownership of your work
