We use our darkstores, stocked with between 2-3000 items to deliver groceries and other essentials to customers doors within 15 mins. These darkstores are strategically located to enable maximum coverage in the quickest possible time and are fitted out with Buyks proprietary technology to optimize the speed of order picking and delivery. Buyks technology also provides its teams with detailed information on a hyperlocal level, to ensure each darkstore is stocked according to the specific needs and desires of consumers in that area.

An **Inventory Analyst** who has great analytical skills with strong attention to detail. The responsibilities of the inventory analyst include managing commercial freezer inventory items, controlling day-to-day inventory operations, and implementing inventory control protocols.

* Assess inventories overall, on-hand, inbound, on order, and needed

* Track and record equipment location and asset history

* Identify deficiencies and optimizations

* Assess current assets

* Controlling and mitigating excess costs and expenses

* Run financial analysis of current and future contracts

* Compile monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for all equipment SKUs

* 2 + of experience in the Inventory and operations background

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Experience with databases and spreadsheets.

* Good computer skills.

* Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent attention to detail, maths, and multi-tasking skills

* Demonstrates the ability to pay very close attention to detail and immediately notice any discrepancies regarding inventory and finances.

* Shows the ability to solve complex problems individually and quickly.

* Must be able to communicate well with others in order to implement inventory control plans.

* Ability to work well with computers and maintain databases effectively.

* Must have strong written communication skills for the creation of reports.
