This position will be focused on ensuring compliance with local statutory laws and rules and conducting periodic internal control activities. This role will take action under the ultimate supervision of the CFO and will work collaboratively across the organization. Responsibilities
  • Ensure business compliance and procedures are aligned with local statutory laws and rules where Loro Piana operates with a focus on Retail channel fraud risk prevention.
  • Perform periodic IC activities on Sales and inventory with adequate follow-up with the Retail team.
  • Conduct the evaluation and testing of business processes' key business controls and identification of areas of risk, based on recent Corporate Internal Audit.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively and professionally with business functions developing effective audit follow-up, and action plans, conducting audit status meetings and reporting.
  • Perform audit/internal control testing for specific areas as part of periodic updates and maintenance of the LVMH internal control (ERICA) framework.
  • Ensure compliance and control based on the existing documentation and internal procedures; prepare and maintain the Corporate Internal Procedure Manual.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships within the organization.
ProfilSkills and abilities required:
  • University degree in Finance, accounting/business administration
  • 1-3 years' experience in audit firms and/or internal audit/control team
  • Good knowledge of internal controls and risk management
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills: ability to interact, engage, and communicate with all levels of an organization.
  • Strong focus on results, business, problem-solving, teamwork and analytical skills
  • Dynamic, confident self-starter and self-directed management style: the ability to manage, coordinate, and execute workload with own initiative.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and main software (SAP, BO, Power BI), store point-of-sale systems a plus
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; another language is a plus
Information additionnelleAdditional Information: Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
