  • Assist in various aspects of the human resources function, including benefits, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Assist with drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Help coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to departmental goals.
  • Provide support in organizing company events and activities.
  • Assist with employee communications and inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
