Candidates should excel in multitasking, exhibit self-motivation, and recognize when additional input is necessary.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive project experience spanning programming, design, ADA and building code compliance, MEP coordination, permitting, technical drafting, FFE selection, submittal and RFI review, and project finalization.
- At least 5 years of professional proficiency with Revit and BIM 360.
- Competence in Adobe Suites, Bluebeam, and other essential technical tools relevant to the projects.
- Possession of a professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Experience with workplace and/or retail projects is advantageous.
- Familiarity with large-scale, adaptive reuse projects for government agencies is beneficial.
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and professional certifications such as LEED, WELL, PHIUS, and LBC is preferred.
