**Intermediate and Senior Interior Designers**

An award winning firm have appointed urban to facilitate the recruitment of 2-3 Intermediate Interior Designers and 2-3 Senior Interior Designers with immediate effect. As one of the most recognized design studios of its generation, this firm have established a reputation for delivering imaginative and future focused projects with a mission to create a more equitable future through great design.

Having had a large influx of projects and an extremely healthy future pipeline, they now have immediate requirements for Interior Architects /Designers with three ten years experience in all relevant project phases. Working with project teams, these professionals will be required to provide leadership in conceptualizing, developing and executing the interior design for various projects. Responsible for preparing design presentations including sketches and material boards, working drawings including construction details, millwork details and specifications; the senior level professionals must be able to manage the project during all phases of the work. Experience with residential and hospitality interiors is essential.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in interior design or interior architecture

* Three years minimum of related experience in design of interior projects, which must include residential & hospitality

* Adept with the process of translating design concepts into building assemblies, must be able to space plan, provide furniture layouts, develop imagery, and prepare specifications

* Strong technical skills and abilities

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop

* 3D rendering skills ideally Rhino & SketchUp

* Vast knowledge of and affinity for current trends, materials, fabrics, finishes and accessories
