Integration Specialist
: Job Details :

The Integration Specialist is responsible for providing support and training during our Integration and Acquisition process. The position will work directly with the VIVE Business Development team and Operations to create a seamless transition of the business and all Work in Process. They will also train new VIVE teammates on the VIVE playbook, management system, and administrative processes.

Essential Job Duties:

• Manages details of WIP conversion and verifies financial accuracy
• Maintain and manage active records of all Integration related activities
• Support operational departments in Integration related needs and activities
• Train and support all new employees on VIVE-related processes until the team is stable and knowledgeable
• Perform special projects related to Integration as assigned
• Requires 60% travel with an overnight stay
• Performs site visits and Integration follow-up

Assisting in WIP conversion process from start to finish

• Supports and manages the WIP conversion process
• Review and approve WIP conversion details
• Manage financial details of WIP conversions

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Must have strong organizational Skills
• Effective Written and Oral communication/Interaction Skills
