Primary responsibilities will include: * Engage and provide support for District Managers and coordination between customers/integrators, sales and execution organization.
* Focus on increasing General Industry bookings and profit growth and driving a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Support General Industry growth and market share objectives through identification and qualification of new customers and Authorized Systems Integrators using tools like Sales Drone, ZoomInfo LinkedIn, Company Websites, Cold Calls, etc.
* Support District Managers in establishing & maintaining customer relationships with key end-user customers and Authorized Systems Integrators.
* Support District Managers to quantify value selling and Why Buy FANUC presentations to support closing General Industry sales and bookings.
* Support District Managers to develop various external and internal business meeting presentations.
* Participate in End User and Authorized Systems Integrators visits and presentations.
* Assist District Managers with financial establishment of new customers.
* Follow up on General Industry leads from marketing and leads distributed to Authorized Systems Integrators.
* Coordination and support of General Industry regional workshops, open houses, training events, school group visits and sales meetings.
* Support for industry Trade Shows and Authorized Systems Integrators Open Houses.
* Actively participate in the ongoing improvement process for sales efficiencies. Serve as liaison to Headquarters and Regional offices to identify best practices and support local implementation.
* Interact with customers and Authorized Systems Integrators on a regular basis to insure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain strong robot product knowledge and keep up to date on FANUC product information and automation process solutions.

**Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education:**
* Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business discipline or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Experience with customer interface and communications in a Sales and/or Engineering environment
* Knowledgeable of robotics is a plus.
* Demonstrated capability developing and maintaining positive customer relationships at all levels (engineering and management).
* Working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
* MUST be a self-starter, creative thinker, have the desire to learn and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
