The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a new Inside Sales team and partnering with Marketing, Outside Account Managers, and Field Channel partners to develop and grow assigned territories and meet or exceed revenue targets. This exciting new role will set the framework for the future success of Gems and build a valued selling engine !

Essential Functions

* Responsible for performance of the Internal Sales function and achieving desired results, including hiring and development of the team

* Train others to optimally prospect for new accounts and customers to sell to

* Build and maintain all metrics needed to highlight team performance against goals

* May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities at the sole discretion of function leader.

Education & Experience Required

* 5-7 years experience with Sales or Marketing

* 3+ years leading sales team

* Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams

* Technical selling experience is a plus

* Ability to grasp technical aspects of products to sell solution

* Experience in CRM platform and Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

* BS or BA degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or Marketing
