Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team!

Who We Are:

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 18 years in business, we collect and process used cooking oil for the production of Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 22,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring all telemarketing and internet sales activities.
• Developing a hiring and training program to build out the marketing floor to 20+ inside reps and 10+ support reps.
• Hiring and training new inside qualifiers and closers.
• Managing inside sales representative s performance quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Management or related field required
• Minimum 5+ years of telemarketing or call center sales management experience
• Minimum 5+ years of cold calling experience
• Drug free lifestyle

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 based on experience

This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.
