About the Position: Brooklyn SolarWorks is actively searching for an enthusiastic and dynamic Inside Sales Associate to become an integral part of our vibrant Sales team. In this role, you'll be the initial point of contact for potential customers, presenting the advantages of adopting solar energy and coordinating appointments with qualified homeowners for consultations. It's important to note that this position is not remote.
Our primary goal is to establish a strong connection with homeowners and increase the number of approved leads directed to the Outside Sales Team. Achieving this involves fostering a personable and engaging interaction during phone calls, while also addressing any inquiries or concerns raised by the individuals contacted. The anticipated duration of each call is approximately 2-4 minutes.
As part of our commitment to your success, we provide comprehensive training in solar concepts and solar sales, ensuring that you are well-equipped to excel in your role and contribute to the growth of our team.
