IT Support Manager

Salary: $120,000-150,000

Responsibilities:

• Address IT-related incidents and tasks for US businesses
• Offer comprehensive on-site and remote IT assistance
• Arrange partner engineer visits as required
• Keep end-users informed of incident and task progress
• Oversee applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with central IT standards
• Analyze and provide reports on incident and task statuses

Ideal IT Support Analyst

• Have 2+ years of experience within similar role
• Experience with IT Ticketing systems
• IT Support experience within the hospitality or retail industry a MUST
• End-user operating system administration expert
• Strong communication and organizational skills
