Respond to and resolve IT support requests from end-users in a timely and
efficient manner.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing clear and concise
instructions for issue resolution.
Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex problems to higher-tier
support as needed.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
Conduct training sessions to empower end-users and enhance their technical
skills.
Gain hands-on experience with all three major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and
Google Cloud.
Assist in basic cloud maintenance tasks.
Basic Linux server administration and maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes, procedures, and
configurations.
Help create technical documentation and manuals for end users.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in providing Tier 1 and 2 support in an IT environment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
