The IT Supervisor will be supporting on the following:
Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Establishes project costs, tracks them, and keeps an eye on them to make sure they stay within budgetary constraints.
- Local IT Support: Oversee and manage all internal and external IT services (Networks, POS, Footfall Counters)
- Deliver Projects - identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project deliverables to ensure a successful business solution.
Requirements
- Google Suite configuration and support
- ICG POS experience.
- 4+ Years of experience
- POS support and basic configuration (reports, taxes, promotions).
- Advanced desktop support (MS Windows, MS Office)
- Basic networking support (DSL connections, DHCP, WIFI, Firewalls, basic routing and switching).
- Desktop and laptop HW troubleshooting (HD, RAM, connectivity).
- Fluent in Spanish and English
