We are partnered with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in New York City that is searching for an entry-mid level IT Operations Specialist to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our partner's IT operations, with a specific emphasis on Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Intune.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain existing device management solutions, including Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Intune
- Email migration
- Desktop support
- Trouble shooting and maintenance
- Review and implement security patching
- Manage Windows workstations
- Conduct testing of data retention and recovery processes
Qualifications:
- 5 years IT experience
- Office 365 management and administration experience
- Sharepoint management and administration experience
- Experience with Dynamics and InTune
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, Okta, SQL, Azure, and other SaaS based enterprise cloud-based services
- Email migration experience highly preferred
- MSP Level 2 or 3 highly preferred
- Experience in AEC or print industry is a plus
