- Administer IT troubleshooting and support for all company members and equipment.
- Oversee integration of software and applications.
- Establish and maintain applicable software and application security controls.
- Implement network hardening measures to protect against potential cyber threats and reinforce data protection.
- Identify risks related to IT operations and develop thorough risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain employee information assurance, risk management compliance, and training.
- Support solutions for electronic records keeping for transmission operations.
- Manage IT vendors, consultants, licenses, and service-level agreement support.
- Supervise IT issue resolution and safeguard the company from reputational risks.
IT Infrastructure and Device Management
- Serve as the single escalation point for IT troubleshooting, including laptop repairs, email and mobile device support, conference room setup, hardware and networking equipment diagnostics, and software and applications support.
- Oversee all IT operations and verify that technology processes, policies, and procedures are aligned with company standards.
- Procure and maintain all company hardware, including networking equipment, servers, computers, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
Software, Application, and Records Management
- Oversee third-party system integrators' efforts in system development, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Maintain software, applications, operating systems, and other components used by the company.
- Provide technical expertise, operating functionality training, and version control throughout the lifecycle of software and applications.
- Manage all aspects of data retention pertaining to operations, including file conversion, systematic storage and retrieval, backup and disaster recovery, and disposal.
Cyber Security and Data Protection
- Implement and monitor cyber-security measures to protect sensitive information and systems from threats, including access controls, firewalls, antivirus/anti-malware software, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and company security policies.
- Develop and employ comprehensive, threat-informed risk mitigation assessments and strategies.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of five years of broad-based IT experience leadership and technology management for end-user support, training, maintenance, and coordination.
- Minimum of seven years working with a range of IT products and services, including general electronic office equipment, such as laptops, mobile devices, tablets, printers, networking equipment, and additional forms of supported hardware.
- Experience working with enterprise asset management ( EAM) IBM Maximo and enterprise resource planning ( ERP) SAP (financial software/applications).
- Comprehensive grasp of records management policies, processes, and procedures that ensure efficient, secure, and compliant handling of organizational data.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills that build relationships between company members, IT vendors, and consultants.
- Demonstrated in-depth expertise with software, applications, and operating systems, including, but not limited to, Windows, iOS, Android, Microsoft Office, and MacOS.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing cyber security protocols, threat intelligence, and risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
Also Desired:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional ( CISSP) or CompTIA IT Certifications.
