Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk. The Help Desk personnel will be responsible for network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, and exceptional customer service to ensure an efficient IT operation. The role involves responding to user requests, troubleshooting IT issues, and resolving them in a timely manner, maintaining IT infrastructure, providing on-site support, and documenting system issues and maintenance tasks.
