Our Technology recruitment practice has quickly become our fastest-growing practice in Soni. This is a national group that is rapidly growing and looking to hire people with staffing experience. We already have an established and strong client base and are entering into an exciting hyper-growth stage this year.

As a Business Development Manager with Soni Resources Group you will have the opportunity to connect clients with the professional resourcing and talent solutions they need to win, all while building and managing your book of business, directly influencing your earnings. In this role, you ll be one of the first people to interact with potential new clients and ultimately be responsible for growing their portfolio of longstanding clients.

This is a fully remote opportunity!

Responsibility:

  • Establish new relationships by leveraging the Soni network and providing access to job opportunities across the nation
  • Secure new business with prospects and existing clients in an assigned territory.
  • Manage and qualify potential opportunities from functional leads to create sales
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and recruiting teams to procure resources accordingly
  • Manage and maintain existing relations while taking a strategic and scientific approach to new business
  • Develop skills to mentor and lead a team of recruitment professionals
  • Explore alternative methods of developing brand equity within the human capital market

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • A desire to be impactful in their organization
  • A proven background staffing
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience in IT, Software, or Temp staffing.
  • A clear vision of growth and developing an industry-leading organization
  • Be comfortable with executing responsibilities beyond their seniority
