Job Title: DISO Access Control Specialist/Access Control Administrator
Location: On-site (2 days per week)
Salary: $52.50/hour
As a DISO Access Control Specialist/Access Control Administrator, you will be responsible for executing daily tasks supporting access management controls. You will be supporting the Divisional Information Security team at Wealth Management Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess exceptions and risks for requests across multiple domains: Internet, Client Data, Critical and Sensitive business applications.
- Oversee the process to create, modify and retire entitlements
- Provide support to the line managers, role owners and business application owners in managing user entitlement
- Manage End User Entitlement reviews of all SOX, Critical and Sensitive applications
- Manage internet user access exceptions, which includes reviewing requests for appropriateness
- Oversee the creation and modification of roles
- Ensure that entitlements are correctly defined by the role owners and that roles do not over privilege the users
- Navigate through Access Management tools, including enhancements and stability to reflect control updates, changes to business models and other findings
- Maintain Share Drive and SharePoint site and operational materials for the initiatives
- Maintain project plan and schedule for third party entitlements. Ensure they are integrated and aligned to overall strategy. Reconcile access rights for third party entitlements
- Maintain various procedures and keep web pages current
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a business or technology related field
- 4+ years overall experience in data analyst, DISO (Divisional Information Security Office) or similar function, including 2+ years in access control management function for a Financial Services organization
- High degree of diligence - attention to detail and ability to follow through/follow-up is critical
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Proficient in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.) & PowerPoint. Experience using and maintaining SharePoint sites
- Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment, the ability to work independently
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and ability to work under deadline pressure
- Knowledge of industry standard methodologies and tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for driving execution at a detail level when necessary while maintaining the ability to see the big picture
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and possess ability to maintain attention to details
