Job Description:
Based in the Sunrise, FL location, the Site Coordinator is responsible for researching, identifying and booking locations for the field team to prospect potential customers interest in low cost health insurance options. The field team will based out of the local market we are prospecting in. The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specified sites, ensuring a positive and safe environment for staff and business partners. This role manages the staff and activities at the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Site Coordinator must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and must be able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Researches and compares available site to identify the best available option for lead generation needs.
  • Works collaboratively with the local Lead Generation Manager to research and secure events in location within our target market
  • Helps coordinate field activities and schedules with the Lead Generation Manager
  • Obtains approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits.
  • Manages staff schedules and tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and industry laws, regulations, and policies
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with site administrators
  • Maintain accurate records, including financial, personnel and operational reports
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related filed.
  • Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or similar role.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
