A role as a Multinational Corporations Industry Executive is for you.The Multinational Corporation team within the Middle Market space manages J.P. Morgan's overall relationships with North American subsidiaries of large corporations headquartered outside the United States, to solve problems for clients and help them to grow. As a Multinational Corporations Industry Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to build relationships with early-stage, venture-backed companies in the innovation economy. In addition, the Industry Executive for this role will partner closely with our domestic venture-backed and early-stage teams, treasury sales, client service, an administrative assistant, and other functional areas inside and outside of the Commercial Bank to deliver products and solutions to clients. . As part of the coverage, travel will be expected. Job Responsibilities Develop a robust business plan and execute the strategy Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships Deliver the entire firm across lines of business Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies Lead specially assigned projects for the benefit of region and national team Help hire, coach, mentor and retain a high performing and diverse team Foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Typically a minimum of ten years account relationship management experience with a focus on business relationships Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the region Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources Demonstrated experience in early-stage, international ventures including relationships with venture-capital and sponsor firms Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred Strong technology experience; digital background preferred Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners Self-directed, proactive, and creative solution and problem solving abilities: use sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
