**IndieWire: Sales Coordinator**

IndieWire is looking for an eager and highly motivated **Sales Coordinator** to join our growing sales team. This position will be integral to our sales goals and objectives by providing support across our digital, custom, and live media executions. This role presents a great path to learning and growing within our company and will liaise with multiple internal departments sales, editorial, marketing, video, and more. This role can be based in either NYC or Los Angeles.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide support for sales staff to meet quarterly and yearly goals and objectives

* Assist in building strategic media plans for in-bound and proactive pitches

* Coordinate client/campaign deliverables and work with internal teams across on-site, social, video, and custom executions

* Monitor campaign pacing and inventory availability

* Capture and maintain campaign files including screenshots, proofs of campaign launches, and marketing promotion.

* Complete post-sales processes including entering sales proposals (RFPs) into Salesforce, collecting billing information and ensuring payments are processed

* Assist in the preparation of sales materials for client meetings and pitches

* Participate in special projects and assignments

**Requirements**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Highly organized individual who can multi-task multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail

* Interest in the entertainment landscape film and TV

* Experience in digital advertising/media at an agency or media/publishing company is a plus
