We are backed by leading investors including JP Morgan, Canapi Ventures, Shopify, Plaid, Tiger Global, PayPal Ventures, Index Ventures and American Express Ventures.Who do we need, and why?Our implementation specialists are responsible for guiding and supporting our strategic clients and partners to accelerate their journey to integrate with our platform. Partnering with our solution engineers and account managers to ensure proposals are transformed into successful integrations.We ll need you to provide project management, technical guidance and best practices on using our API and configuration of the platform to meet clients business requirements. Acting as the lead technical point of contact, tracking against key project milestones and handling any blockers to ensure timely deployment.What you ll bring to the teamAn understanding of implementation success and best practice, ideally within the fintech, banking or consulting space.Expertise of working with enterprise clients and working on large, complex solution builds.Consulting clients on project management to ensure they are able to effectively plan, execute and launch Codat solutions, typically as part of wider initiatives.Technical experience at a level where you can enable client troubleshooting. Here, an understanding of cloud based technologies, APIs and SaaS fundamentals is beneficial.Passion for excellence and attention to detail, working closely with Codat customers and colleagues to ensure the highest quality experience.An ability to proactively contribute to the wider implementation team at a strategic level (cross-functional projects, mentoring for new joiners, wider team enablement sessions).A background working with financial services in the enteprise space (e.g. Neobanks, expense management providers or Tier 1/2 US banks) would be beneficial, but is not essentialHow we workOur client-facing teams work in a cross-functional structure, working closely with a cross section of Sales, Solutions, Account Management and Product to ensure strong results in specified strategic segments. Whilst implementation is also its own team, you will work hand in hand within the segment(s) assigned.
