Job Overview

As an Image Librarian, you'll play a pivotal role in curating and managing our photographic archives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Packing Development, your work will span globally across Rubies and other Ad Populum companies. Your organizational skills and artistic perspective will play a crucial role in molding our visual narratives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and curating our photo studio's photography collection, ensuring maintenance of trackers to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with our Photographers, Packaging Design, and Marketing teams to ensure availability and accessibility of our media assets.
  • Delegate tasks to Retouchers, both locally and globally, while overseeing the management of retouched photography.
  • Collaborate with the Global Design Director to make photography selections that align with our brand narrative.
  • Upload photographs to internal inventory websites, ensuring proper product representation.

Job Competencies

  • 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Have a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel.
  • Possess a creative eye with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to task management.
  • Excel in collaborative environments, fostering positive interpersonal relationships across teams.
  • Exhibit adaptability in navigating changing demands/responsibilities that may arise, both internally and with clients.
  • Must have the ability to commute to our Westbury office.
