Job Description: Responsibilities:
- Route documents through electronic document management workflows. Ensure review and approval cycles are completed.
- In alignment with template requirements, will make minor edits to documents as requested.
- Coordinate with cross functional team members to ensure document completion and approval timelines are achieved.
- Provide technical expertise for SOP Management System functions as needed.
- Coordinate and resolve issues related to the creation, revision and obsolescence of SOPs.
- Coordinate cross-functional subject matter expert discussion for SOP, and support necessary activities to satisfy local regulations and company requirements.
- Through SOP related activities, contribute to staff's understanding of SOP.
- Support changes resulting in quality and process improvements.

- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously to complete tasks.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Prefer experience related to document control or SOP management but not required.
