DescriptionResponsible for the following: - Perform minor building, HVAC, and electrical work - Implement preventative maintenance measures - Handling emergency service calls after business hours on an on-call rotation. - Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies - Complete service requests - Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol - Consistently delivering 5-star service every day - Perform other maintenance duties as requestedRequirements- High school diploma, GED or equivalent- Ability to lift 50 pounds- Ability to pass a criminal/reference check- Ability to pass a drug screening- Valid driver's license (with a clean driving history)- Authorized to work in the U.S.
