Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for passionate and experienced Human Resources Managers to spearhead our recruitment efforts. These pivotal roles will focus on developing HR strategies that align with our ambitious goals, particularly in staffing our emerging global Investment and Financing team with top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment plans for the Investment and Financing team.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Design and maintain HR strategies and systems to foster a productive work environment.
• Ensure HR practices comply with legal standards.
• Provide HR support and advice to management.
• Organize professional development and training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, especially in recruitment.
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
