This integral role is essential for delivering thorough HR assistance, guaranteeing compliance with regulations, and diligently overseeing precise record-keeping across payroll, benefits, and union-related tasks, alongside other HR duties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits schemes.
- Manage Workers Compensation, maintain OSHA Log, conduct annual reporting/audits.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Process payroll for union and office staff and allocating indirect labor hours.
- Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Maintain precise records encompassing payroll, benefits, and union-related functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR management.
- Proficient understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience
